Canteen Officer
The primary role of the Canteen Officer is to manage the operation of the canteen & BBQ on Centre running days. Specific duties include:
- Identify requirements & arrange for purchase of food and drink supplies.
- Supervise the running of the canteen.
- Provide information as required by the Treasurer to account for the purchasing and sale of items, stock on hand, and for the handling of money received.
- Remit to the Treasurer all moneys collected from the operation of the canteen.
