Zone Championships 13-15th December
We have no Friday competition this week (13 December) due to the Zone Championships being held over 13-15 December at Sylvania Waters Athletics Track.
STOP PRESS: Wednesday Coaching this week (Registered STGLAC members only) is oriented to final preparations for the Zone championships. Our coaches will cover Javelin, SP and Discus (all age groups).
