Week 18 – Friday 21 February
It was a magnificent evening at Olds Park last Friday. Here’s hoping for more of that!
This Friday will be the Week A program which includes 100, 400m and 800m (most age groups) events.
Wednesday Coaching will be Shot Put and Discus for all age groups.
Please note there is no Friday Competition on 28 February.
