Week 11 – Friday Competition 29th November
This week, Wednesday Coaching (registered St George LAC athletes only) features Shot Put (u6 – u10) and High Jump (u11 – u17). The full season coaching plan is set out in this schedule.
We will schedule the Week B program for Friday, given the weather has defeated our last two attempts to conduct the Hurdles.
