Please note that “spectators” – persons not performing an official/parent duty – are not permitted on the main oval (inside the picket fence).
This Wednesday (23 October), Wednesday coaching will focus on Discus (u6 – u10) and High Jump (u11 – u17). The full program for the season is set out in this schedule.
This Friday is also our “crazy sock and hair” night in support of the “Show Your Stripes” fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House. Crazy hair and crazy socks are part of the uniform for this one day! We’ll be selling red & white striped socks again ($5, please wear them, or any other crazy socks you own!) and asking for a Gold coin donation. All funds raised are donated to Ronald McDonald House.
Finally – don’t forget to register for State Relay and for the Zone Carnival. The contact for both is Championships Officer Leanne Jones championships@stgeorgelac.org.au. Leanne needs to hear from you by 26th October if you’d like to be part of State Relay, and nominations for the Zone Carnival need to be lodged via ResultsHQ by 4pm on 4th November.
