Coaching Schedule (In Season)

In-Season Coaching for the 2020/21 season is available at no cost to registered members of St George Little Athletics (only) in the u6 and above age groups.  This is a valuable opportunity to improve skills and performance.  Meet at the clubhouse at Olds Park on the days indicated.

Athletes should bring a water bottle and a parent/guardian needs to remain throughout the coaching session.

Coaching is on Tuesdays (dates as below) and comprises 2 x 1 hour sessions:

5 – 6pm:  Sprints, Middle Distance or Hurdles with a focus on general fitness.

6 – 7pm:  Cycle through field events as per the table below.

Note:  Keep an eye on Facebook and/or Team App as last minute changes to the schedule below may occur.
